Flamenco
Flamenco
Flamenco, which UNESCO recently recognized as part of the World’s Intangible Cultural Heritage, is a complex art form incorporating poetry, singing (cante), guitar playing (toque), dance (baile), polyrhythmic hand-clapping (palmas), and finger-snapping (pitos). It is an art form based on the various folkloric music traditions of southern Spain, developed within the gitano subculture of the region of Andalusia.
In this workshop, you will learn about what flamenco is, how to dance the sevillanas, and where to find a genuine flamenco in Spain.
The workshop will be conducted by a Spanish teacher in both languages, Spanish and English, simultaneously.

Secret Spain
España secreta
Spain is a wonderful country, with plenty of incredible corners, where you will enjoy the art, the cuisine, the tradition, and the people. But there is another Spain that is out of the commercial tours; hidden restaurants in emblematic places, live shows for reduced groups (flamenco, musicals, ...), desirable spots without massive tourism (beaches, monuments, ...)
The workshop will be conducted by a Spanish teacher in both languages, Spanish and English, simultaneously.
Let's show you the "other" Spain.

Fourth Saturday of the month
